Our Organization “SEVA RURAL NETWORK TRUST-SRNT” – has incorporated and initiated by a group of like minded people and motivate to work for the poor downtrodden people’s socio, Economic, Educational, health development and their perfect political participation in our society through by empowering the women and youth in our community. In our vast experience we have enhanced a lot of developmental works for the poorest of poor in our society especially Perambalur District areas. Even though we are focusing our VISION & MISSION to the total poor community we are adopting the golden words of “THINK GLOBALLY WORK LOCALY” and we are working in our district with various social Activists, Non Govt organization and Government departments and other social well wishers etc., to create awareness among women and bring them to be knowledgeable on their present status , their co – ordinate voice and its strength, the need of their economical self sustainability , their political participation , procuring health and their children and ensuring environment for the whole world’s sustainability etc

OUR VISION
To create and establish a poverty free educationally well aware , economically self sustained , politically participative, access to all health services through women’s empowerment & enrichment without any caste , class , religious, Gender ,age and nationally discriminations.
OUR MISSION
To establish a holistic society in the world by empowering women through self help group SHG’s and or community support Groups –CSGs and promotion of savings and credit , leadership, channelizing local banks. Internal, corporate sectors and international Governments, donor agencies donations, grants and credit assistance access to a good and socially respectable standard of living to overcome from their poverty , illiteracy and all other community based discriminations.
Our Programs
Computer Training Program.
To ensure the educated youth persons employment and their improved income sources we have provided computer training to the educated and unemployed youths both in rural and urban areas. By which we have select 30 no’s of youths both and girls having minimum of 8th standard of educational qualification. Each batch of the trainees were given training for a period of 3 months for typing, repairing, browsing, internet were educated to the youths. In this regard 4 no’s of the batches were given training and all the trained 120 no’s were placed in employment in various private sectors with good salary and socially respectable employment. Now they are leading a good standard of living. This training has provided to them at a well reputed training institute through by our sponsorship and the poor youth access to the Trainings on free of cost.

Farmers Training Program
Agricultural production in our rural areas is the major sector to provide food and other consumable products and various industrial raw materials for our Nation. In this regard as a non-government sector and social activists group we have to envisage our agricultural sector. So, we have planned to educate and train up our farmers in natural and bio-methodology of cultivation. So, we have to promote the small and, marginal farmers into small level groups. In this kind during this reporting period we have formed 67 no’s of farmers groups and the group members are given training in bio-fertilizer, pesticides, vermin production and technologies in bio-cultivation, organic cultivation, household animal rearing especially milch animals, bullock, goat rearing and reserving the animal wastes and drugs for preparing fertilizers to secure the soil’s fertility for improved products, proper water management etc., were educated and train up the farmers. By which our 150 no’s group member farmers were now adopted in organic cultivation & animals breading

Certificate Distribution Ceremony for Trained Women
The SHG’s Leaders of each group such as Animators and Representatives are organized and given training in various kinds especially in leadership quality, book keeping, savings and credit management, bank accounts operation, public relation Etc., In this regard, all the newly formed 48 no’s of SHG ‘S leaders are given training by this year through by our trainers. By which totally 145 no’s of women leaders were provided trainings to improve their leadership to be quality and bring up them as progressive decision makers. By which all they have enhancing to lead their groups as leaders and well equipped and enhancing their group’s activities properly and leading their group members effectively.
Global Warming Awareness.
In present days the “Global Warming” is the most important problem threatening the world. So our organization has enhancing the Environmental protection awareness in the rural and urban areas. Through by which we have create awareness among the public on prevention of plastic , polythene products, importance of Tree plantation, kitchen gardening , proper disposal of drainage water, proper water resources maintenance and management , bioproducts usage, maintaining drinking water resources to be clean and secured manner etc., also we have educate the people on organic cultivation of agriculture products and household cattle breeding etc., This Global warming programs mainly have enhanced in the villages of Veppanthattai Taluk.

Tailoring training program.
To provide skill training in tailoring to women our organization has given to 30 no’s between 18 to 35 years of young girls and women those were selected and referred to access to the training for a period of 3 months. By which 4 batches of training given in this reporting period and totally 120 no’s of women and girls were given training in cutting, stitching, embroidery, jardhosi, aari works and in various models of gents and ladies dress materials. 90 % of the trainees were channelized in employment in various private sectors at other district Tiruppur etc., remaining the 10% of the women trained by us were promoted as individual entrepreneur of their own areas through by credit channelization by our organization. In this regard, all the trained girls and women were ensured for income generation and how leading a good, respectable standard of living. The Girls and women were referred to various Training institutes access to the Trainings on free of cost and on behalf of them our Trust has paid partial Training cost.

The disease HIV /AIDS is still now not having any medical treatment for its cure but it has the only source of prevention for its prevalence. Also, it is not only a medical problem but it is a social, psychological, cultural, family morality related problem. So as a social welfare oriented organization we have dedicate our self to prevent the prevalence of the killer disease HIV/AIDS through by create awareness among the most vulnerable sections of women, Female sex workers, Adolescent girls and male sex workers and the most important sections of migrant / floating people Truckers, homeless street dwellers, and the pregnant mothers etc., In this regard, we have enhanced awareness generation Programs at the “ Focused Group members of the above said vulnerables in each month and they are educated on safe sex, condom usage, The premilinary symptoms of HIV infection, need to check the blood Transmission , usage of new syringes before injection, compulsory voluntary HIV/AIDs testing during pregnancy both husband and wife to “prevent the prevalence of parents to child Transmission” – etc., as such the most important events regarding HIV/AIDS prevention has exposed in all our SHG’s , ANC , PNC mother’s meetings.PLC (Panchayath Level Committee), BLC (Block Level Committee) and other focused group meetings, and we have observed world AIDS Day on 1st December 2019 at our working areas.15-Sep-2019

World hand washing day program conducted with an awareness education among the school children.
To impart the good habits among the people and one of the most important preventive measure of virus infections, we have organized and conducted the World Hand Washing day – on 15th October 2019 at Perambalur and Anakkur among our SHG’s women, School and non-school goring children and for the Public. In this Programs hundreds of the People were participated and come to all well aware about the need of “Hand Washing “ with soap or any other sanitizer to protect their health from various infections and from communicable stomach related diseases. World women’s day celebration conducted with our SHGs and public Women
As a women development organization, we have promote nearly 64 no’s of women and young girls SHG’s in our working areas. In this connection we have planned to celebrate the world women’s day on march 8th 2019 before we come to well aware of Covid -19 By which we have invite all the group members and nearly 400 no’s of women came to our office and in a common place they were organized and we have conducted various competitions for the organized women, such as Rangoli, Running race, Lemon and spoon, filling water in bottle, singing dancing oratory etc., At lost all the winners are distributed prizes and all the members were also provided complementary prizes to encourage Their participation and all the participants were provided lunch, tea and snacks etc., At the last president of our Trust Mr.Rajendran delivered the special speech and vote of thanks to all the participant women and guest speakers.Our Impact
